COLD PLUNGE COLORADO was founded in the year 2022 in Parker Colorado. I Jeremiah Williams had been cold dipping for around 6 months in a tub on my balcony and wanted a more immersive experience. I decided to find the coolest spots in Colorado to plunge and give as many people access to them as possible. Along the way I realized how important cold exposure has been to my mental health and wellness. let us help you find your way to the cold!
